New to the area, our clients heard about us through word of mouth and employed us, after our initial consultation, to enlarge their bathroom space. The bathroom space was set to an old-fashioned floor plan with the toilet and bathroom in separate rooms. With the restricted size of the space, it was important to maximise the space available. As part of our initial consultation, we discussed the client’s priorities and so our focus was to create a large shower area and a more functional entrance to the bathroom as the door was unable to open fully due to obstruction.

Our plan was simple- to remove the wall between the toilet and the bathroom and designate the old toilet room to become a wall to wall tiled shower. This met the requirements of creating a larger shower and provided the added benefits of a more spacious bathroom with storage opportunities and not forgetting, achieving the requirement of an unobstructed entrance. The bathroom we created was a functional, modern space with stylish storage, glossy grey tiles and led lighting.

How wrong we were. We got recommended from our alarm engineer which was a good start.
The whole team were absolutely marvelous and we have been left with a super bathroom. The building work knocking 2 rooms into one ( the wall being load barring ) went very smoothly, with building inspector very pleased with the job.
